From April to August tours ran seven days a week, with reservations recommended.1 September and October required reservations for weekday tours.1 From November to March only private and group tours ran, again by reservation.1 Groups of ten or more were told to email the station.1

The operator behind them

Bike and Roll Chicago, a tour company, operated the station for most of its existence.2 It still runs tours in Chicago, and one carries the same name as a 2013 entry: the Amazing Lakefront Segway Tour.4 The station closed permanently on September 30, 2022, after opening on July 19, 2004.7
